A question for atheists about the origins of life and the universe

Where does it sat the Earth is round (the ancient Greeks knew this anyway)... on the other hand, there seems to be zero scientific rational to the 5 loaves and fishes or walking on water trick ........

Having a 'self consistent theory' is not 'evidence' that it's right - only that's it's NOT immediately wrong (unlike The Bible - see link 2 - which is not self-consistent and is thus IS immediately 'wrong')

#2 Yeah - so has 'Nostradamus' = and no-one is worshiping him ... or are they ??

#3 Really ? Where does it sat the Earth is round (the ancient Greeks knew this anyway) ... on the other hand, there seems to be zero scientific rational to the '5 loaves and fishes' or 'walking on water' trick ...

No, I don't think you are a fool - only an ill-educated and indoctrinated victim of the Mullah's ...

Please try to understand, that in Science me being wrong about something does not imply in any way that you (or anyone else) is right ....

It's entirely possible, in Science, for every theory to be wrong (false to fact), however, name ONE FACT (not an 'assertion' or 'opinion' but a FACT that others can test) that proves the Big bang theory wrong and whilst half the worlds Scientists will applaud you, the other half will be rushing to come up with a new theory ..

Well nobody is actually sure that the big bang actually happened. that's why it is called the big bang theory. But people believe this theory due to galctic redshift, along with many other things, which is the galaxies in the universe moving farther and farther apart.

I am not trying to offend anyone, but the idea of a big bang is not any more far fetched that a man in the sky who creates things from thin air. Many people try to disprove the big bang by asking the question of where the ball of matter came from, however, i believe that this theory is more easily explainable than the idea of a god, because after all, how was god created?

Point #1 can be easily explained by the fact that even as the Old testament teaches, and as dna study indicates, we all decended from a small number of common ancestors. It is reasonable to postulate that whatever fantasies and mental predispositions these common ancestors had, and whatever culture they developed, has been passed down the generations and spread around the world. So it is litle surprise that seemingly unrelated societies would share the same themes.
