What's that movie called where astronauts go to mars?

I remember seeing this movie like around 2005. They go to mars & they have a green house where they want to see if plants can grow on mars. That was part of it, but they find something after a dust storm. Oh & they leave an astronaut because they thought he died but survived because of the green house they build on mars.

...But the movie suffers from so many technical/scientific mistakes, it's not funny. As a matter of fact, if you're old enough, do a drinking game where everytime you see something that's impossible or doesn't make sense from a scientific point of view, you drink a beer. Guarantee you that you'll never make it to the end of the movie because you'll be too drunk.

its about that they find that face looking mountain and after a while they find an alian inside it and the alian explans to the astronaut that their used to be intelligent life on mars and then before an asteroid crashed on mars all the aliens escaped to some other planet exept for him and gave life to earth after that, one astronaut desides to go with the alien to the other alien planet.then the other astronauts go back and the movie ends
