Does the mass of a planet effect how fast it spins

.-NO mass could be anything.Angular Momentum is a property of motion.-Since the rotational speed of Earth is constantly slowing, I would have to say no........
It takes the earth 24 hrs to fully spin once, my question is if the earth was 2 or 3 times its current size would it take longer to fully spin or would it still be the same?

L = rmv

If the Earth were to have the same angular momentum as it does now while having a greater mass it must either be rotating more slowly or have a higher density.
