What year is it likely? Will it be expensive and will it only be rich people that go or normal people?

Space tourism is has already occurred but only to LEO = low Earth orbit. It will likely remain expensive, dangerous, inconvenient and uncomfortable forever, but I suppose there is a possibility of $99,000 USA, adjusted for inflation before 2099 for a few weeks in space, perhaps for distance as far as a million kilometers from Earth, which is 10 cents per kilometer/ much less for the total distance traveled. It is possible but it will be limited to going to the moon or a space station orbiting the Earth. But even that is somewhat unlikely. If it did happen it would be in the extreme future, like 2400+
