Yesterday I took my first one at 8:00am
Today I was going to work and I was gonna get picked up at 6:30am so I took one at 6:00am. Is it ok to take it a few hrs early or late if u have to or should I just bring my tablets with me ? I didn't think they would be safe in my bag incase its a hot day ...
