well...That is why is takes a lot of media attention. This is a very exciting mission and I enjoy every last bit.-to satisfy our curiosity-To explore and gain more knowledge for mankind.......
Because Curiosity's mission is to answer once in for all if the Mars had condition to support life in the past. This is a question that was asked millions of times before. Now, this mission will answer the question, well... we hope :)
