Since Pluto is now considered a dwarf planet, should we send midget astonauts to land there

I should think we could put together a manned mission fairly easily. After all, the journey is only a little over three billion miles .

yes the space shuttle will go faster too since the midgets are only one 6th of the size of a normal man
