Slightly ambiguous wording. I am interpreting this as:
A green alga is more closely related to a moss than a red alga is related to a moss.

B and D are the same thing, so, they're out.
You know C is wrong, because they are "all related" on the tree.

That leaves A, and it is correct because Green Alga is equidistant from both Moss and Red Alga.

I would say a. While there are longer lines the picture gives no indication they mean anything more than each other. Things without a scale are considered equal.
