There are three step of urine formation 1st is Glomerular filtration 2nd is Tubular secretion and third step is Tubular re absorption . The third step is so difficult and slow in theri 100ml glomerular per minute. and 99% of glomerular re absorption their after the re absorption which is not filtrate we call it urine.

The urine has laboratory differentiations which describe the color , usually to amber, cloudy to clear the odor, and specific gravity which ranges from 1.010 to 1.020. .
