3 in the body. If acidic conditions is encountered there will be more hydrogen to hydrogen bond with which can affect the bonding in DNA.......
And what are counter ions?

Temperature need to be at an ideal Temp which in the body is 97.6. If the temp gets too high it will denature the DNA by breaking the hydrogen bonds. pH is similar also in which it needs to around 7.3 in the body. If acidic conditions is encountered there will be more hydrogen to hydrogen bond with which can affect the bonding in DNA.
