This has been always been a complex of mine. Both my arms won't go any straighter than in that photo. It feels very awkward at times. No one in my family has that but I think it's a genetic inheritance. I am 6'2 tall and I also have really round shoulders. I have this theory I might have messed myself up by drinking too much milk when I was growing up.

Maybe your olecranon fossa (distal posterior humerus) is not deep enough.
