What if that happened, if they both had a boy or both had a girl. or twins would the kids be identical???

They would get different combinations of genes from their parents. So they may be similar but not identical (except with identical twins)

No, they wouldn't be. They would each have basically the same parents, just a little different BUT that doesn't guarantee they will be identical. Siblings don't always look alike! And it would be kind of the same concept.
