Hey guys, so just wondering how does it work when you donate organs and stuff. Like say somebody's dead right and they said that they were going to donate organs to someone who needs them? Well if there dead and the hearts stopped what use is it to someone else? So I guess what I'm saying is how do they bring the heart back to life? Okay thanks guys!

most organ donations come from people who have had accidents, they are alive when they reach hospital but are brain dead, organs are harvested from a body still pumping blood from a human who will never be a human again.

Lots of people die in hospital. Although brain dead, organs can stay working. That's how it works. Yes they can restart a fresh heart with electric shock.
