Is there a website or ipod app that can show what chemicals do when combined

Do you know any apps or websites that have something like this?

There are websites where you can query for reactions between chemicals, mainly fromt he field of organic chemistry. These sites display results from scientific journals, e.g. JACS or Angewandte Chemie. However, these journals don't usually treat simple reactions you might encounter in typical highschool chemistry courses. Also, these websites require a rather expensive subscription, so access is usually only provided. by institutions such as universities or research labs.
