how can remove the sodium silicate in dye and di fabric , in less water there are any chemical for this purpus?

A "set" Sodium silicate is not easy to remove, as its solubility is limited. Soaking in a very dilute HCl solution may help, but the fabric & the dye must be able to withstand the acid ! Other acids are more dangerous to fabrics
