What does D0, D1, D2, D3, D4 .... F1, F2 etc mean

D1,D2 etc refer to deformation events and are numbered with a relative chronology. The first phase of deformation is termed D1. Later phases of deformation re-deform the earlier structures to produce D2 deformation and so on.
