You don't even need sophisticated physics to prove it.The fact that you can fly and sail around the world without turning around is proof enough (ever hear of a guy named Magellan who proved that 500 years ago?). So, no, we can't prove the Earth is flat by a telescope, or by any other means, because THE EARTH IS NOT FLAT.
