No expensive heating process necessary. You HAVE TAKEN apart some old electronics.... use your money earned on English lessons.......
I have took apart some old electronics to get the copper wiring and want to know if i can melt the copper out of the coat or what the coat is made of so i can find the melting temperature of that so that I can separate them.

What do you want the copper for? To sell it? You'll probably get about a dollar for the amount of copper in a typical piece of consumer electronics. If you're going to melt it down, you can remove the insulation by burning it off in the furnace when you melt it..

Plastic!
Just strip off the plastic by hand and save the copper. No expensive heating process necessary.
