& in the 2nd part, how would the square in the bottom right corner project to the rest,http://oi42.tinypic.com/11gu1l1.jpg-p- just chill with the I dont understand engineering.......
i was told my projections were wrong, so, in the 1st part, how would that circle in the lower left corner project to the top view?
& in the 2nd part, how would the square in the bottom right corner project to the rest, i got it wrong

p- just chill with the I don't understand engineering. In the top drawing, clearly the top view doesn't fit with the lets call it front and right side view. The top of the angled cut in the front view should show as a line in the top view and doesn't. Bottom drawing, I haven't quite figured it out.

Take yourself a block of clay or something like it. Make a rectangular block out of it, and cut a little cubic chunk out of it. Take a pencil and push a hole all the way through. OK, now you have a part. Put it on the table with the cut out chunk visible to you on the right side of the part. What you see looking down on it, think of that as the front view. Now walk to the right side, look horizontally down the table and what you see will be right end view. Walk to the side opposite to where you started, look horizontally at the part and you will see the top view. Sketch what you built, and flip the part around a few times until this seems reasonable. The reason I asked you to do the chunk on the right side, is that the right end view will see the geometry of the chunk, four lines that make up a small square. If you removed the chunk on the top, your top view will show similar four lines. If you put it on the bottom, your top view will show hidden lines. One or more views will show your hole, and some will show hidden lines. You will get this, just be patient with yourself.

Maybe making something is not necessary. Take something you own, and do the same thing.

I wouldn't think you don't understand engineering as it was a stupid example. If I were to guess the first one was a center of a cutout and the second was 1/3 of the layout.
Man, where do they get these teachers?

I would say the person who made those drawings doesn't understand engineering drawing.

I'm curious as to where you go to school?
