Is it possible to get 120/240 volt edison style three wire dc power out of 24/48 volt solar panel and wind turbine in addition to standard ac line power?

By using an addition 24V DC to 240V AC converter, it is possible. But it requires a stable very high current DC power that both solar cell and turbine cannot provide. Unless your system comes with a huge storage battery.

Yes a combination DC-DC voltage converter / DC-AC inverter could be designed to do it.
