Another Circuits Question

Three of the resistors are shorted, you end up with a 12 Ohm resistor in parallel with 18 Ohms.
= 7.2 Ohms

Here is a start.........

For the top most resistor, you have a "short" across it. Just keep replacing resistors with shorts
and see what you get.
