when you get a good teacher youll love Math and youll never be bad at it again. You just need to find the right tutor, keep searching until youve found one that you can REALLY get help from. I was good at Math in grade 5 and 6. Grade 7 and 8 I did horrible, Cs.......
I cant understand math when spoken verbally or written down. What does it mean? Tutors dont help the matter the just say what teachers or the book say

I can relate.... Is there anything specific? If so then let me know Nd I can TRY to help! :D

Problem is the teacher and/or tutor. Trust me, when you get a good teacher you'll love Math and you'll never be bad at it again. You just need to find the right tutor, keep searching until you've found one that you can REALLY get help from. I was good at Math in grade 5 and 6. Grade 7 and 8 I did horrible, C's. Then came Grade 9, still bad, 68% - 72% somewhere between there, my teacher was a better Computer Science teacher than she was a Math teacher. Grade 10, I found an awesome teacher, I started off poorly, 52% before the Unit Test which was the last thing on our 1st term. Told my parents that I needed a tutor. Studied for that test as hard as I could ( this was before I went to the tutor), got 98% to 100% on the test. My mark went from a 52% to an 82%. Then I started going to this tutor and he helped me understand Math a lot and my mark only increased, ended the year with a 90% (Academic Math). Without that tutor I wouldn't have gotten that 90%, same goes for my teacher (really an amazing teacher). Now that I am in Grade 11, I have somewhere from an 80% to 85%. I don't know my mark because it hasn't updated, but last time I checked it was an 85%. All I am saying is that you should find a good tutor that really helps YOU. Trust me, you find THAT TUTOR and get THAT TEACHER and you'll be fine the rest of the way.

Read the explanation of dyscalculia on the web page below, and see if it sounds like what you are experiencing. If it does, see your guidance counselor, with your parents if necessary.
