..and what if its under some country would they be bothered someone started living on it, as it has less value than a ship.-The better islands are occupied and going there to start a village would all but surely end quickly, unless you pay.......
where i could go with some friends and families and start a new village, its going to be so much fun. trying to start a fire for 2 hours...lol

The better islands are occupied and going there to start a village would all but surely end quickly, unless you pay. Possibly undesirable islands in Northern Canada could be used as your village locations, but the winters are brutal and last about 8 months each year. Neil

There are plenty of inhabited livable islands in the world.
Iceland, Great Britain, Greenland, Australia, etc

Indonesia, or maybe some islands off the coast of Maine or someplace similar

See a real estate agent. There are thousands on the market at any given time. If you want cheap, try Indonesia.
