(3x + 0.Multiply everything in the brackets by 4.......
The answer is 12x+1 but how do I get to this

-
First replace the fractions with numbers.
(3x + 0.25) / 0.25

Dividing by 0.25 is the same as multiplying by 4.
(3x + 0.25) * 4

Multiply everything in the brackets by 4.
12x + 1

-
(3x+1/4)/(1/4)= (3x+1/4) (4/1)
=(3x+1/4)(4)=12x + 1
very simply

-
= 4(3x + 1/4) = 12x + 1
