Peter wants to lift a heavy box from the ground to the third floor of a building using a pulley, the angle in peter is of 19 degrees and he is 43 feet from the building, how many feet does he will be lifting the box?

You need to use tangent since you're dealing with the side opposite of the angle and the side adjacent to the angle.
Basically, you would set up the problem like this:
tan 19 = opp = x
------ ------
adj 43

so your answer should be what 43(tan 19) is.
Hope I helped :)
