Please help me with this math question

I'm having some trouble with this. Help would be most appreciated!
'Determine the zeros of each function by factoring.'
f(x) = 2x² -3x-2

f(x) = 2x² -3x-2

f(x) = (2x+1)(x-2)

0 = (2x+1)(x-2)

2x+1 = 0
x = -1/2

and

x-2 = 0
x=2

DETERMINE THE : ZERO'S ??????????

THAT DONT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE TO ME.
