I have a math/thinking question. Can anyone help

There are 10 Skittles in an upside-down triangle shape (starting with 4 at the top and 1 at the bottom). You must figure out how to move the Skittles so that the triangle is the correct way up. You can move the Skittles left, right, up, or down, but may only have 3 moves at most. What are the 3 moves? ▼→▲

First move the bottom skittle up so that it is centered above the top four skittles.
Then move the left and right skittles in the row of four down to the left and right sides of what is now the bottom row.
The row of three is left unchanged.
