If I have a root of 7, and an axis of symmetry that is 10.5, how can I find the other root

5.10.5 - 7 = 3.10.5 + 3.The other root is 14.......
Is the axis of symmetry x = 10.5, or y = 10.5?

Assuming this is a vertical parabola, the axis of symmetry is x = 10.5.
10.5 - 7 = 3.5
10.5 + 3.5 = 14
The other root is 14.
