= 2^(20 - 30)

= 2^(-10) <<<

2^20 / 2^30 is where you have to subtract the indices and divide 2 by 2 so the answer would be 1^-10 which is the same as 1 over 1^10 which is basically 1 over 1 which is 1. So final value would be 1. However if the question asks to simplify, then the answer would be 1^-10
