Can someone please help me find out my average grade in my music class

Hi, I am trying to calculate my average for my music class..


It says all grade are graded equally.. drop the lowest grade, add up the rest and divide by the number of test..

93,60,95,81,100,83,91,68...= 611
I dropped the 60 and divided the total ( 611 ) by 7 and got

87.2

Am I correct?

Yes, you are correct. But you really have an 87.3.

Yes, but its not a true average if you drop your lowest. Might as well drop the highest too.
