so... the midpoint is gonna be (0.......
P1= (3,5)
P2= (-4,7)

The midpoint is ?

Please show all work. Thank you in advance for all of your help. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

-
(3+(-4))/2, (5+7)/2

(-1/2 , 12/2)
(-1/2, 6) is your midpoint

-
midpoint is at (x, y) where

x = (3 + -4)/2
and
y = (5 + 7)/2

hence, midpoint is at (-1/2, 6)

-
x/y

x= (3+(-4))/2=0.5
y= (5+7)/2 = 6

so... the midpoint is gonna be (0.5;6)
