You're so vague! Do you want to study in NSW, or Melbourne? Or Tasmania? Or , where?
For UTAS, you need Chemistry TQA3, and English Communications or equivalent and the ATAR you need is 95. You also need to score at least 60% On your UMAT test. If you don't know what this is, it's the Undergraduate Medicine Admissions test done in Australia each year.
For Bond University, in the Gold Coast, it's only 4 years but you need Overall secondary academic results which must include Year 12 Chemistry, Maths B (which is Math methods of specialized) (or equivalent) and English
For QLD Universities it's a bit different, an OP (overall position) of 1, is equivalent to an ATAR of 99.99, so as you can see, it's not easy to get into.
For Griffith University, in QLD also, you need an overall position of 1 as well. In saying that,I think the only pre-requisite is English.
Monash University in Melbourne - Units 3 and 4-a study score of at least 35 in English (ESL) or 30 in any other English and a study score of at least 30 in chemistry. So, you need TOP MARKS in other words. Each state works differently when it comes to pre-requisite/university level subjects.
