I was just thinking, is it because of the Earth's rotation that the Sea does not fall and neither does anything else? Becuase if you fill a cup half way, hold it in your hand and spin it goes to the side of the cup and won't move. It's the same way if you put the cup upside down while water is in it if your spinning fast enough the water won't fall. Does it work the same with the Earth and the Sea? That's just me theory, idk if I'm correct or not, am I?

nope
it's gravity that keeps it in palce

the gravitiational force of the earth keep the oceans from floating off into space

No, they wouldn't. You're an idiot. Your theory requires a container around the outside to keep the water in.
