your supposed to do what in parentheses first then exponentans then multiplication and division then addition and subtraction and all from left to right. so 6+7*4-2*8 turns into 6+28-16 to 18. if u just did left to right you would get 200 idk where u got 118 or 208 from.

Order of operations. PEMDAS I call it. Parenthesis, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction. Do your equations in that order. Multiplication first so 7*4 = 28 and 2*8 = 16. 6 + 28 - 16. Your answer would be 18
