What are the dimensions of the box?Thank you! Answers are truly appreciated :)-length, width, height-The dimensions of a box are length, width and height.......
Okay, so I'm not asking for the answer since it's my homework, but I don't know what it means by "dimension". Can someone please explain?:

"A cube-shaped card board box has a surface area of 300 square inches. What are the dimensions of the box?"

Thank you! Answers are truly appreciated :)

The dimensions of a box are length, width and height. The question is asking what the dimensions exactly are, in terms of measurement. Also with a cube the dimensions will all be equal so if the width is 10cm for example, the width and height will be 10cm as well. Based on the surface area given determine the dimensions. cm is centimetres, if your not familiar with the metric system, so just change the cm's I used in the example to your beloved inches.
