∫ 1/7,3, 16xln(7x)

I used this method : u = ln (7x) , dv = 16 x dx & I got 72 ln21- 220/7 but this is not correct what am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

-
∫ 16xln(7x) dx

u=ln7x
u'=7/7x =1/x
v'=16x
v=8x²

uv - ∫ u'v dx

(8x²)ln7x - ∫ 8x dx =>

(8x²)ln7x - 4x²

from 3 to 1/7:

[72ln(21) -36]-[0 - 4/49] =>

72ln(21) -1760/49
