Did some manipulations & rationalizations, but I wasn't landing at the right answer.

(5 - √10) / 4(index)√25 = (5 - √10) / √5

Mulitiplying top and bottom by √5 gives

√5(5 - √10) / 5

= √5[5 - √(2 x 5)] / 5

= √5(5 - √2√5) / 5

= [5√5 - 5√2) / 5

= √5 - √2
