what you need here is not someone to tell you the answers but to help you.
Just imagine the <> signs as an equals sign.
Every time you move a number or letter past <>, it changes.
If it is positive, it becomes negative.
If it is negative, it becomes positive.
For example,
1. m-7<6
(add the seven onto the other side) = m<6+7
=m<13
