How do you calculate this weighted grade

So in math, I have a 96.92%. The weights are:

Final exam: 10%
Homework: 25%
Projects: 25%
Quizzes/Tests: 40%

In the homework category I have a 100%, and in the quizzes/tests category I have a 95%.

In both the projects and final exam grades I have a 0%, but they aren't calculated in yet.

So, how does that add up to 96.92%?

Homework = 100% (25% of final grade)
Quizzes/test = 95% (40% of final grade)

= (100*0.25 + 95*0.40) / (0.25+0.40) = 63/0.65 = 96.92
