How do "stars" do not afraid to go under surgeryes

Ok,so i know that Bred Pitt had all his teeth replaced and Michael Jackson had like 20+ surgeries.And how were they not afraid to go under a general anesthesia,feeling of been cut^^??Whats wrong with them ?^^

Never heard of TRANQUILIZERS,huh?
Or being a sane adult?

Nothing is wrong with them. Having surgery is common I have had close to 40 surgeries and I was under a general on every one. All of mine have been medically necessary. They may be afraid, but thier wishes or whatever they had done over rodes thier fear
