Is reconstive arm surgery good

I broke my arm whn I was small so the bone poped out but I dident know until cast came off way to early whn the dr took it ioff they claim would heal on its own nd never did now I get intence pain, plx any advise

An orthopedic surgeon will be able to give you the best opinion here, because your outcome will depend on how bad your arm is, and how much range of motion you have lost/how much you need to gain/how much is possible to regain, as well as the quality of the bones involved.
The problem becomes the fact that bones grow a specific way because they are located in a specific place and shaped a certain way. if you broke your arm as a young child, and the bone didn't grow right, it may not be possible to have it "go back" into it's correct position now, because it never grew correctly to fit there.
