a cc or 2 of food dye & color,red,blue,yellow,via drops under the tounge,then dilute @ 50-200-500 x
in sterile saline,ph same as human serum,track the dye into the brain via the blood brain barrier,note the symptoms reduced,if by any extent,,and record that dosage.
same technique with food extracts.mold,protein,dust mites,dander,pollen.
drs cited below have been doing allergen testing & treating chronic illness since 1965.
They are still poopoed by mainstream medicine.

It's a tough one, I would recommend Biology, and neuro science for grad school.
