Soma, a muscle relaxer, is an opiate. So, yes it will come up on a drug test.
I assume this drug test is for some sort of parole/probation? In this case, your parole/probation officer will check your medical records to see if this drug is prescribed. If it comes back and s/he asks, you have the option to show your prescription.
Shouldn't do drugs in the first place, they're illegal for a reason. Like I don't know, they harm your body.
