Is this safe to take in one day?
8-9am - (1/2) 400mg ibuprofen + (2) 500mg acetaminophens.
2-3pm - (2) 500mg acetaminophens
7-8pm - 1/2 400mg ibuprofen + (2) 500mg acetaminophens.
11pm-12am - (2) Pain Relieve PM 500mg acetaminophen.
8-9am - (1/2) 400mg ibuprofen + (2) 500mg acetaminophens.
2-3pm - (2) 500mg acetaminophens
7-8pm - 1/2 400mg ibuprofen + (2) 500mg acetaminophens.
11pm-12am - (2) Pain Relieve PM 500mg acetaminophen.

Too much acetaminophen. The current recommendation is 3gm (3000mg) per day.
Alternate your ibuprofen and acetaminophen doses. Take 400mg ibuprofen, then 4 hours later 1000mg acetaminophen, then four hours later another ibuprofen, etc.

do you mean twice acetaminophens? that would be 1000mg, at 8-9am ? what is your condition? you have to give more detail. what is your age?, what is your weight?, did you take them on empty stomach? please give more information.
