How to make yourself sneeze

I have a cold and it is making me feel really offside , I feel like i need to sneeze all the time and this is making my eyes hurt , was just wondering if anyone can help me sneeze

I guess this isn't the best way, but every time someone hit my nose accidentally or something or I bumped it on something I would have to sneeze...

I always find that looking toward bright lights help :)

Smell some pepper. Sometimes looking at a light can help.
