Major in science to become doctor or physicians assistant

Do you have to major in biology or can it be something else?

u can major in anything. But to apply for med school you have to take the science pre-req's.

Bio I/II, chem I/II, organic chem I/II, math through calculus, physics I/II, and the highly recommended but not obligatory biochemistry.
