I'm 15 and I astral project about 1 or 2 times a week. But every time I do it there are things in my room. As soon as I come out my body I sometimes run into this little girl with long black hair and a white dress. Or either some guy that's always laughing and can shape-shift. And one Time I went into my parent room( in the astral realm) and there was this couple floating over there bed talking and then they started talking to me.

These beings don't scare me but why are they in my house whenever i project?
