Well, (this happens at day and night) I walk down my hallway and I get freaked out and run. It feels like something or someone is watching me. It's starting to freak me out. HELP?!?! Sensible answers only please.

Its common. Very common. Most people ignore it or dont want to discuss it.
I was a paranormal investigator for many years (just a footnote- I got out of it because of the extremne spiritual dangers)...but, it can be 1 of 2 things.
1- your imagination- a scary movie, thought, words from someone else, etc... created a subconscious fear in you
or
2- you have a presence that is not of God, trying to create fear and havoc in your life.
How to end this, no matter what it is...
Pray. Ask God that if it is just fear, to please remove it. And if it is more, to please remove any unclean spirit that is attempting to bother you.
The Bible is quite clear there are unwanted evil spirits among us, so, it is possible. But, the more fear and attention you give it, the more it will feed off you.
The Bible says if you submit to God, you can resist the devil, and he will have to flee. So, bring God in and ask fo rHis help, and you WILL be alright.
