I have been seeing this tiny, but bright blue ball of light around the house. I see it roughly only two or less times a day, for the past few months. I don't know if it is an orb, possible ghost or if their is something wrong with my eyes?

The first thing to do is get your eyes checked, always. Does it happen usually after you have been watching TV or on the computer? If yes then its eye strain - your eye is superimposing the light of the screen into the blind spot.
Do you feel anything when you see it, such as drop or rise in temperature or air pressure? A feel of 'presence' that you just cant define?
It could be a spirit, but I never think of the supernatural if there could be another reason.
