okay so i was doing something lets just say i watching tv and then this wierd picturr of me popped up in in head like way before and sometimes i get like these vision kinda things and then it happens and i feel all wierd is this Deja Vu??

It certainly sounds like deja vu. The feeling itself is quite hard to describe. Almost like dizziness or fainting for a split second and then everything slowly goes back to normal. You feel like you've been in the same place twice. It's entirely unexpected - it just happens out of the blue. Sounds like deja vu to me.

No that is either a memory or imagination.

deja vu is when your brain thinks that you where once before in the same place under the same circumstances.
